Remove the cloth cover and open the air valve.

To use the pad, lay it flat and let it sit for a few minutes. The pad auto-inflates by itself and needs no extra tools.

When not in use, roll it up starting from the opposite side of the air valve to squeeze out the air for storage.

Close the air valve at last.
