This is my second robot vacuum. The first, a popular name brand, had some difficulty in getting stuck "on a cliff" and does not mop. I reviewed this on Amazon and was skeptical due to the low cost. Well I thought I would take a chance as it had pretty good reviews. It arrived safely and was easy to start up and program on my phone, and did I say it MOPS too! Of course it will not mop up grimy caked on dirt but does a nice job in everyday mopping. Although I still have my popular one, but, I use the Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo more and it's smaller profile doesn't get stuck under things. The bin is easy to empty and the fill tank for the mop release quickly to refill. When it is done or needs a recharge it goes back to it's "home" all by itself to recharge, It's so cute.I hate sweeping and mopping and when this little giant gets going I just smile and know I no longer have to sweep and mop.I was at first skeptical at how well such a small robotic vacuum could actually work. I was also a bit worried the first time we used "Anthony" (the name we gave the robot vacuum). He could seem to find his way back to the charging port. I thought, "I knew it, I knew that the cost to reliability balance was not there yet". However, I was pleasantly surprised as I walked around my home and noticed how nice of a job Anthony did. I cleared a better path for him to find his charging port and on his second run, he found it. The instructions state to empty the collection bin once a day. I have found that I need to pause Anthony in the middle of his run to do an extra emptying of the bin. Being a dog owner (crazy hairy german shepherd) I expected as much and again was surprised that I did not have to pause and empty the bin more than once per run. I would recommend an "Anthony" for any household that does not love the mundane chore of constantly vacuuming. Also as a side note that I just thought of, he came very securely packaged.I bought this for an amazing price. Having a 1 year old and being 6 months pregnant, and owning two cats, I needed something to help me keep up with that house work. I've never had one of these vacuums before, I didnt expect much out of it. My floor plan is a little wonky but it still manages to find it's way around. It doesn't fit under my couch which sucks a little bit, but isn't the end of the world for me. I use this thing every day, empty out the dust bin at least once during a use, wash the filter everynight and let them dry for use in the morning. I haven't set up the app on my phone yet so I'm not sure how that works, but as for the vacuum itself. Its awesome with the cat hair and all the food my baby throws on the floor.Got it at an incredible percentage off. What a bargain! Never had a robo-vacuum before. Just getting used to it and how it best functions. It does want to be rescued on more than an just an annoying occasion when it can't get itself out of unfortunate situation it moved itself into, but I think with time and my careful arrangement of the environment it is traversing, that will lessen somewhat over time. I don't feel comfortable just letting it loose to do it's own unsupervised thing, unfortunately. Not yet. Vacuuming is impressive; have yet to use mopping feature. I have high hopes for the little bugger. Purchased the Asurion 3 year extended protection plan so making me a little more comfortable taking my chances on it.We had thought about purchasing a robot for some time now and when we saw this listed for the great price along with the reviews, we went for it! It was such a great purchase, we used to have vacuuming as part of the everyday routine but getting the wires and everything unraveled was always a lot and it always seemed to take up our time. I’m so appreciative for this little thing giving us our extra 20 minutes at night after work and gathering all the pet hair. It goes over everything with a breeze and it’s great for maintenance. Of course don’t expect a robot to do the same job as a stand up vacuum but if you have pets, this is great to keep it tidy! Love love love this little robot!I am pretty sure it’s always pretty discounted, but I got it at a very reasonable price, so I had very low expectations. Surprisingly, it is a great little robot vac. It does a fantastic job getting the floors cleaned, including the rugs on the hardwood. It has not fallen down the stairs and goes for quite a while on one charge. I had some challenges getting it connected initially, but once connected, the app and vac work flawlessly. I removed the pad and never use the mop feature, so I cannot review that, but the vacuum works great and it fills the cup with each cycle. I am very happy with it and the cats and dog have also enjoyed it.I didn't know much about this type of product but I did a lot of research before making this purchase! This was the perfect pick for my needs, and that's because they advertised it perfectly so even first time shoppers could understand and know if it was what we wanted. The directions are easy to follow, and the little machine goes about it's business like it's nothing! The little brushes actually do what they are supposed to! For the price, you can't beat it! This is an exceptional value for the money! Difinently one to put on your wish list if not just buy one!I know, I 5 star review is strange since I returned the product but there is a reason.First of all, it was packaged well and easy to set up. The suction and cleaning on both wood floors and carpet was outstanding. The docking was amazing and I had it tucked into a pretty small place.The reason that I returned it was the random cleaning didn't work with my floor plan and furniture arrangement.I knew that it was not a mapping robot when I purchased it but thought I would give it a try.If you are looking for a non mapping robot that cleans well and can be docked in a small place, this is the unit for you.
