Contacted manufacturer, they had no comment. They shipped it! Not Amazon‘s fault.Problems with shipping arrived damaged twice. No packing material in box. Vacuum cleaner was not secured. Packed loose. Of course during delivery getting tossed around the fabric bag had a hole punched in it from internal parts. Paper bag on inside of vacuum was torn. Replacement bag was included. Assembled vacuum used to see if I would like to keep it worked well very well built. Excellent cord length. I have expensive Medium low shag carpet in my home. No Pets.! Excellent suction slightly difficult to push. Due to the fact, it is a commercial grade vacuum, very powerful this was expected. Very sturdy. Unfortunately, had to return because of shipping damage too outside bag, hole punched through fabric bag.
