Replacement Inlet Cap for the Prolux CV12000 Central Vacuum.  This will be the cap for the 2nd inlet if it is not in use.  The 2nd inlet will need to be capped off in order to create suction, so if you've lost your cap or it has been damaged this is exactly what you need to replace it.
